Just wanted to thank everyone who made it to the tailgate this year. Great time as usual and the Badger victory didn't hurt either. Just a visit thought… things went very well… http://www.madison.com/wsj/home/opinion/readersviews/247956 I think it might be worth sharing that I'm not up for "Tailgater of the Year" as nominated by the two officers who visited the party. : ) Seriously, if the officers had come back I don't think I'd have written to the newspaper. About 5 minutes after they left the music was back on and at full volume. There were women auditioning for "Girls Gone Wild: UW Madison" and life was good. In the end everything worked out and we had a great time. Thank you to all those who attended, brought stuff and just showed up with a smile ready to have a good time. |
