 I was thinking about the podcast and just putting down some of the segment ideas we had the other night.  Feel free to add to the list and we'll see about getting going on this.

Show Intro: Dax and Dane drinking beer and doing the obligatory shot of Yukon to get things started.

1. Where Are They Now?
Description: This would be the segment with Daggett dressing up as the different people and acting… ex: Elian Gonzales

2. Don't Give Me That F*cking Bullshit
Description: Kind of a free flowing thing… we can talk about anything we feel like.  Just short news items or whatever and then of course dropping the hammer on the issue/person.

3. On Location
Description: We take the camera out to bars or kickball or whatever and just observer people doing stupid sh*t.  I thinking it might be fun to get some titty shots in this segment if possible.  Yes, I know it's probably not likely, but I can always hope.  : )

4. ???
Description: This idea is kind of in flux at this point.  My thought was to integrate clips of live TV or things we pull off the web to make our podcast interesting.  We could use pictures of stuff that we're slamming in the "DGMTFB" segment ala SNL's "Weekend Update", but I thought it might be fun to go in a more Jimmy Kimmel direction.  Show a clip of "King of Queens" and how Doug and Deacon or doing something stupid and then show how we do it too or something.  Maybe would could act as though our wives are secretly filming us?

5. GOD I Love my Wife!
Description: Show how wonderful our wives are and how they'll stop at nothing to support our efforts.  Maybe a clip of Jodi and Carleen sitting at the table talking about how stupid the podcast idea is and what a waste of time it is.

6. Real Life Technology
Description: Demonstrate how something works and then talk about what a great idea, stupid idea, what would improve the device… just kind of brainstorming here.  I guess the driver here is something you and I have talked about many times… a device that tries to be a everything to everyone and does nothing well.  Hmmm… this one might have limited use now that I think about it.

7. Idiot of the Day/Week/Month
Description: This seems self explanatory…

8. Featured Movie or Featured Person
Description: Imagine a "SuperBad" theme for the podcast... then we show SuperBad clips interspersed with our regular features.  I LIKE IT!

9. Wife Carry Update
Description: what is happening in Dane's quest for gold?  A look inside his training regimen, strategy and who knows what else... fan on the street comments?

I can't remember what else we chatted about, but I know we had some damn good ideas.
